My name is Elya Moline, and I am thrilled to be working at San Clemente Christian School. I was born in Napa Valley but spent most of my childhood in Lancaster, California. I received my BA in Global Studies from UCLA and my single subject credential in English and Master of Arts in Teaching from UCI. One of my passions in life is travel. I studied abroad in both Madrid and Shanghai, volunteered in Cambodia, and taught overseas in South Korea and Thailand. I completed one year of student teaching at Shorecliffs Middle School, prior to joining the SCCS team. This will be my sixth year working at SCCS. As a daughter of former missionaries, I desire to share my overseas work and volunteer experiences to inspire students to utilize the potential God has given them to be change agents in their world. My mission is to ignite a love of learning in students while helping them to achieve both their academic and personal potential.
